The bible says that we cannot depend upon any human being to advance Gods agenda on this earth. We must understand that the bible when speaking about a change that takes place in our lives only has one standard. Gods change is called renewal. There is only one way that God renews all things. Any renewed reality must come about through death. When sin entered the world it brought death. The bible teaches that all things that die both physical and meta physical are under the pronouncement of a curse. Anything that is corrupted must receive the consequences of the laws demands. This is what the bible means when it says that a little leaven ...leavens the whole lump. It means that if there is any corruption that exist no matter how small it corrupts the whole part. You drop a poison in the ocean and the whole ocean is corrupted. This means that God measures evil according to His view of it. Gods measurement is absolute. He will not accept a particle amount of good. It must measure up to His the standard of His law.
This is why God not only gave us the rule but He also pronounced a curse upon the violation. We must understand that Gods curse is not just the warning but its the voice that prevents us from trusting in anything that we believe that shares in Gods standard of renewal. In other words the curse is not just spoken as a one time warning but it speaks until all things are renewed. God comes and will not be silent. God speaks from the rising of the sun to the place where it sets. Gods judgements are sure and stead fast. We who are translated into His kingdom are held safe by the voice that silences the opposition to Gods kingdom.
When we worship God we are entering into the final judgement upon sin and corruption. We not only enter into a potential for God to work according to His law but we belong to a kingdom that is advanced when we learn how to use the curses of His law to kill the opposition to His kingdom. The reason that we do not learn a quiet and unassuming disposition is because we have not heard the final judgement of His curse. We would rather involve ourselves in petty disputes that create distention. We have not learned to fear Gods judgements that are compared to the forces of nature that are beyond our power. How can God be praised when we face these creative forces? Because they teach us that the things of this world and powers are temporary. When we experience Gods power we develop an eternal mindset. We have Psalms that takes us through disasters as pronouncements of Gods curses that silence the will of the flesh.
